This is the independent executive coaching practice of Yi Yang (Elisa), based in the United Kingdom. We act as the data controller for any personal data you provide.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to share with us: your name, email address, organisation, role, and any context you provide when enquiring about coaching or speaking. For active coaching engagements we hold contracting documents, scheduling information, and notes you choose to share. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this site.

We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent, when you contact us; (b) the performance of a contract, when we deliver a coaching engagement; and (c) our legitimate interests in running and improving a professional coaching practice.

4. Confidentiality of coaching content

All coaching conversations are confidential. We do not disclose content to sponsors, employers or third parties. Only pre-agreed themes (never content) may be shared with a corporate sponsor. Coaching supervision is held with strict anonymisation, in line with the EMCC Global and ICF Codes of Ethics.
所有教练对话均严格保密。我们不会向赞助方、雇主或任何第三方披露具体内容。在企业出资项目中，仅可与赞助方分享事先约定的主题——绝不涉及具体内容。教练督导过程亦经严格匿名化处理，遵循 EMCC Global 与 ICF 伦理守则。
5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Contracting and engagement records are retained for the period required by UK law (typically 6 years for tax and contractual purposes) and then securely deleted.
咨询数据最多保留 24 个月。合同与项目记录依英国法律要求保留（通常为税务与合同目的下的 6 年），到期后将被安全删除。

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact eyangyi0415@icloud.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Where coaching is funded by an employer, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be provided on request to align with your organisation's UK GDPR / EU GDPR obligations.
