Professional standards

专业准则

This practice adheres to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Coaching is delivered within the boundaries of competence defined by the EMCC Competence Framework at Senior Practitioner level.

本执业严格遵循 EMCC Global 教练伦理守则与国际教练联盟（ICF）伦理守则。所有教练交付均在 EMCC 高级教练（SP）所对应的胜任力范围内进行。

Confidentiality

保密原则

All coaching content is confidential. In sponsor-funded engagements, only pre-agreed themes — never content — may be shared with the corporate sponsor. Statutory exceptions apply only where there is a serious risk of harm or where disclosure is legally required.

所有教练对话内容均严格保密。企业出资项目中，仅可与赞助方分享事先约定的主题，绝不涉及具体内容。仅在存在严重危害风险或法律强制要求披露的情况下，方有法定例外。

Supervision & CPD

教练督导与持续发展

I receive regular external coaching supervision from Andrea Hayes (Programme Lead, Cambridge Positive Psychology Coaching) and from Max Eames (former University of East London faculty, now coaching at the London School of Economics), and complete annual Continuing Professional Development as required for EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner renewal and ICF ACC renewal. EMCC ESIA (Supervisor) accreditation is in progress.

本人定期接受外部教练督导，督导师为 Andrea Hayes（剑桥大学积极心理学教练项目负责人）与 Max Eames（曾任教于英国东伦敦大学 UEL，现于伦敦政治经济学院 LSE 从事教练工作）；并依 EMCC 高级教练（SP）与 ICF ACC 续证要求完成年度持续专业发展（CPD）。EMCC ESIA 教练督导师认证进行中。

Scope of practice

执业范围

Coaching is distinct from psychological therapy, medical treatment, consulting, mentoring, or legal/financial advice. Where a presenting need sits outside coaching's scope, I will say so and, where appropriate, signpost to qualified support.

教练区别于心理治疗、医疗、咨询、导师指导，以及法律或财务建议。如某议题超出教练工作范围，我会如实说明，并在适当情况下为您指引具备相应资质的专业资源。
